MEETING SCHEDULES​

• Regular Meetings: The Town of Elm City's Town Council holds regular meetings each month on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the Train Depot, with only a couple of exceptions for holidays throughout the year. (Download 2026 Schedule)

• Meeting Notifications:  Notices for all town meetings include public notices on the town website, a posted notice on the front door of Town Hall, a public social media post, and a text notice through the town's text messaging system. (TexyMyGov)

• Special-Called Meetings: The public will be notified through various media sources at least 48 hours in advance of any special-called meeting, and notices for these meetings are given to the public through the same means as mentioned above.​​
