New Service Hook-up Deposits

• Rental/lease properties are charged a $250 deposit for new water service

• Homeowners are charged a $175 deposit for new water service.

• You will be asked to provide a homeowner's deed or proof of lease; closing paperwork is acceptable.

• You will need to provide a copy of your driver's license and your social security card.

Billing & Fees

​

• Due Date...................Water bills are due on the 14th of every month.

• Late Fees...................10% of your unpaid bill is added on the 15th of the month.

• Cut Off Date..............Water service is cut off for unpaid bills on the 23rd of each month.

• Reconnect Fee...........There will be a $50 reconnect fee for previously disconnected services.
