Elm City is always looking for ways to better serve our residents, and we’re excited to announce a new suggestion box!

Located in our Town Hall lobby, a bright blue box invites residents to share their thoughts, concerns, and ideas for improving our town. Whether you have suggestions about services, parks, events, or community programs — or even just some encouraging words for our team — we want to hear from you!

How it works:

1. Fill out a slip with your feedback or suggestions.

2. Drop it in the box.

3. Our team will review the input and consider ways to make Elm City an even better place to live.
