Events Planning Committee

Do you enjoy bringing people together and creating memorable community experiences? The Town of Elm City is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to serve on our Events Planning Committee. This committee works collaboratively to plan, organize, and support some of our community’s favorite traditions — including the Elms Fest, the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, and other seasonal events to be held in our parks and at the local Depot.

 

Committee members help with:

• Brainstorming and developing event ideas

• Coordinating logistics, vendors, and activities

• Assisting with event promotion and community outreach

• Supporting event setup, execution, and breakdown

• Enhancing the overall experience for residents and visitors

 

This is a great opportunity for residents who are creative, organized, community-minded, and excited to make a positive impact in Elm City. Whether you have experience in event planning or simply a passion for serving your town, we welcome your involvement.
