Events Planning - P.A.S.S.

Do you enjoy bringing people together and creating memorable community experiences? The Town of Elm City is seeking enthusiastic volunteer support to serve the community during our upcoming town events. Volunteers will help facilitate for events such as the Elms Fest, the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, and other seasonal events to be held in our parks and at the local Depot.

 

Volunteers Will Provide, Assist, Support, & Strengthen the Elm City!

• Provide ideas for upcoming events that will be shared with the Town Council

• Assist with event promotion and community outreach

• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown

• Strengthen and enhance the positive experiences residents and visitors will have at our town events

 

This is a great opportunity for residents who are creative, community-minded, and excited to make a positive impact in Elm City. If you have a passion for serving your town, we welcome your involvement.
